Changing to a new device means your phone or tablet’s unique identification details have changed and our server will be still trying to send notifications to your old device.
- On your new device in the VicEmergency app, delete each watch zone
- Delete the VicEmergency app. Hold down on the app icon until it starts to jiggle and the X symbol appears – select the X symbol
- Restart your device
- Reinstall the VicEmergency app. The easiest way to do this is to open the App Store and search for VicEmergency
- Open VicEmergency and create a watch zone.
